Some 268,000 plugin vehicles were registered in Europe in November, a 2% year drop over year (YoY). Interestingly, BEVs and PHEVs had different behaviors, with the former growing 1% YoY to 185,000 units while PHEVs remained stuck in red, falling 9% in November to 83,000 units.
